Refund policy

Hey ladies!  Great news!

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your garment to request a return.  We understand online shopping is a personal experience, so our guide below for returns will make it that little bit easier for you!

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.  Please be sure to check the size charts provided prior to purchase, to ensure your ideal fit.  Should you be unsure, please ask.
  • We will happily provide Store Credits to the value of your order, excluding shipping fee.  Please reach out to us via our online chat, so we can answer any questions for you.
  • Please also note that slight variances in colour may occur due to lighting with professional photography.  These variances are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns. 
  • To alleviate sizing issues, please ensure you are checking the size chart prior to purchase, to ensure your choose correctly.

Store Credit

  • We will notify you once your return has been received.  Once the return has been inspected, a Store Credit will be provided to you.
  • To use your store credit, simply shop with us as normal and your store credit will automatically be applied at checkout!
  • Store Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Store Credits are processed within 2 business days.
  • Store Credits cannot be exchanged for refunds.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a refund (please refer to point 1 below), you must meet the below requirements:

  • The Garment(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (where provided) and in its original packaging.  
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.  
  • No marks or stains (including make-up, spray tan, deodorant, wine).
  • No signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • No smells on garments (including perfume, body odour, smoke).  
  • If you purchase an item that does not fit quite right, this does not justify a return, sorry!  Again, please ensure you are checking the size charts prior to purchase.
  • We do not accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie, due to hygiene reasons.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing, as stated above.

1. Damages, defectiveness or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the garment is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All orders go through a Quality Inspection process prior to despatch.  In the event that an order has been received which is faulty, please ensure you notify us as soon as possible, so we can resolve this for you.  When you notify us, please ensure you clearly state what the damage is, provide a photo of the damage and this will be assessed by our Team.  We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include either replacing the garment if stock is available, or we will provide a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.

To start a return, please request a return, via your order confirmation email, or by emailing us at hello@godolly.com.au and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Specific details for your request.
  • Photos of the damage/defect.
  • We will notify you once your request has been received.
  • Your refund will be then be reviewed within 5 business days.

Please note:  If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  If it is rejected, we will explain why.
