Shipping Time?

Shipping Time: 8 - 10 business Days

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Shipping times are between 8 - 14 days, as the items need to pass both quality assurance before they depart the warehouse and also cleared through customs.  Items can also quite often be signed on delivery.

What happens if im not home upon delivery?

 If you are not home when delivery is made, a delivery card for postal collection from your local post office will be left at your premises.  Please note: all shipping is tracked and a tracking link will be provided to you after processing of your product(s).

Returns
What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (where provided) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@godolly.com.au.  Please note: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
