Shipping policy

Great news!  We are currently posting Worldwide!

Processing times are 2 business days, as the items need to pass both our quality assurance process before they depart the warehouse and also cleared through customs, where necessary.

Standard Shipping times are between 2 to 10 business days.  This is due to having multiple suppliers at your disposal, to ensure the most trending products are available for you. 

Please read the processing and standard shipping times shown for each item, as we have local Australian based suppliers and also a warehouse with a reputable supplier based overseas.  Please note that these are standard processing and shipping times provided to us by our suppliers and may vary, due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.  Please understand these conditions are out of our control.

Items can also quite often be signed on delivery.  If you are not home when delivery is made, a delivery card for postal collection from your local post office will be left at your premises (either at your front door or in your letterbox, please ensure you check both if this occurs). 

Please note:   All shipping is tracked and a tracking link will be provided to you after processing of your product(s).  Please ensure you follow the tracking link that we provide you for the most accurate updates.
