No worries! If you're not home when your delivery arrives, your parcel will be left in a safe place where possible.
If there's no safe place available, a card will be left at your premises with instructions to collect your parcel from your local post office.

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, no damage, with tags (where provided) and in its original packaging.
