Standard Processing Time?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received, depending on location.

Every order goes through our Quality Assurance inspection before it leaves us, because we want to make sure what arrives at your door is exactly what you ordered.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

Shipping typically takes 3 to 10 business days.

All orders are fully tracked and you'll receive your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship within Australia only. Watch this space, we have exciting things in the works!

What happens if im not home upon delivery?

No worries! If you're not home when your delivery arrives, your parcel will be left in a safe place where possible.

If there's no safe place available, a card will be left at your premises with instructions to collect your parcel from your local post office.

All orders are tracked and you'll receive a tracking link once your order has been processed and delivered.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, no damage, with tags (where provided) and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@godolly.com.au provide me with your order number and I'll send you instructions on where and how to send your parcel.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
